The Sapa Tour was good overall but I was very disappointed not to stay at a hotel that was listed in the itinerary. It was what really attracted me to the tour. We were put instead into a very substandard hotel that was in the process of being built. All nine of us on the tour demanded to be moved and after much deliberation, and some hours later, we packed up and went back to the previous hotel. There was no recompense or reasonable explanation.Show more
