Yes, we are offering the tour to Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan in single packages for small group. Yes, Tibet is already opened but there is needed minimum 4 peoples to get the Tibet Group Visa. And also there is no direct flight from Kathmandu to Lhasa, need to come to Tibet via Mainland china transit which takes 18/19 hours. Please advise me your travel planning date so we can check with our group and let you know If there is possible to join with them.

If I would travel end of may, is it enough time for the visa application if i book in april? and do i need chinese visa also or is it not necessary?

    • Friendship Nepal Tours & Travels P. Ltd.OperatorWritten March 2023

It will be enough if you book the tour before 1 month. If you are going from Nepal to Tibet you don't need China Visa, there will be another Group visa to visit Tibet. If you are coming to Tibet visa mainland China, that time you need to have China Visa.

    Asked on December 15th, 2022

I was interested in doing the Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan 12 day tour. I had a couple of questions: 1) I have a U.S. passport. Do you help us get the visas for both Tibet and Bhutan? And would there be enough time to arrange this by May? 2) From Paro, do you help book any flights out (I would want to simply fly back to Kathmandu). This seems like they have daily flights, but I also cannot find them on Google Flights.

Ok, thank you so much for your quick reply. I'll wait to see if/when China reopens Tibet. I'd love to take the tour when it's possible, so I'll keep an eye on this. Feel free to send me a note when any announcement is made too as I'd love to jump at the opportunity.
