      If I book for two people and one person cannot make it but I have found another person, can I transfer the booking to the new person?

      Yes, you can change the names up until we book the domestic flights. I don't know the exact date right now, but it will be at least a few months from now.

      Which Eagle festival is the September 11th tour?

    What will the accommodation be like?

      The accommodation will range from a three-star hotel for 1 night in Ulaanbaatar before and after traveling through the countryside of Mongolia where we will spend 3 nights in ger camps and 4 nights in a local hotel.

      The transportation during this trip will be by bus/minibus in the city and by 4WD Russian minivan in the countryside. There are two domestic flights.

    What will the weather be like in Mongolia in Late Summer / early autumn?

      Please note that the temperatures can be warm during the day and become chilly at night. Temps average about 4 to 10 degrees Celsius (40-50 degrees Fahrenheit) during the night time, and colder in the higher elevation, and about 10 to 20 degrees Celsius (50-68 degrees Fahrenheit) during the daytime.

    • For any tour departing before September 27th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 27th, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Unquote Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
