I chose this tour because it was the most affordable one while still offering a lot. It did not disappoint! It was excellent value for the price. Many city tours and sightseeing stops were included and the optional excursions were all worthwhile. Radisson hotels were very good and it was great having a coach bus. Our tour leader, Kaspars, was very engaging and kept the tours well paced. He shared a lot of interesting information in a really fun and entertaining way! The group was a nice mix of people of different ages. Only thing I would suggest is to specify that the Gauja National Park excursion doesn't actually include trail walking. Also, an included farewell dinner with the group would be a nice closure to the week. As a side note, I booked the Baltic Highlights tour through Travel Addicts Club, but the tour was provided by BalticVision, which was confusing since this was never mentioned.

Very well-structured itinerary which was 100% honoured. Took two optional tours and enjoyed them both. Our tour guide, Elina, was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. All hotels were top class and breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, we made the right choice. Highly recommended

With the exception of your failure to provide a taxi to meet me at vilnius qirport on my arrival (flight details having been provided in advance) i consider the baltic tour to have been a great success. Full marks to your tour leader: leons saizs-tausinkis. I also enjoyed the company of my fellow travellers all of a similar age(i am 75) and the mixture of nationalities. The driver was excellent and the coach very comfortable. The radisson blu hotels were all good but the hotel in vilnius was probably my favourite. I would definitely consider using your company again either this year or in future years,

I was very confused over which company was providing the tour. I had no idea that it was Baltic Visions until I met them at the hotel. I would have felt a lot more comfortable knowing the updated detail prior to landing in Lithuania. I was even usnsure of the hotel that I was needing to go to to meet the tour group. The lodging was wonderful, and the tour group was very good, although we were English, German and Spanish speakers and all information and explainations were conducted in all three languages. I was disappointed that we got to see the outside of several sites without getting to go inside them. Overall, it was a great vacation. Our guide was wonderful. I needed more communications from the tour companies prior to departing.

Compared to a recent tour in Ireland with another company, you were a great improvement. The idea of a walking tour the first morning in each Capitol was an excellent strategy. The group leaders did a great job dealing with 3 distinct language sub-groups. Sightseeing, shopping and restaurant recommendations were available for the asking. The evening dinners and the organ concert were less successful. Attendance was modest, the meals did not offer good value and the music was depressing. I would have no hesitation in recommending this program to others.
