Itinerary
- Day 1
Cape Town to Struisbaai
Your first day starts with a beautiful drive out of Cape Town along the R44 mountain pass. Watch False Bay spread out below you while the road takes you to Hermanus. Spend some time taking photos and having lunch at the waterfront. Then you'll visit Birkenhead Brewery for beer tasting - they have great views of False Bay too. After that, drive to Cape Agulhas National Park to see Africa's southernmost point. If there's time, you might drive down Die Plaat beach before settling in at your accommodation for the night.

Struisbaai to Sedgefield
Morning starts with breakfast before hitting the Garden Route. Drive through some beautiful towns - Swellendam, Riversdale, Mossel Bay, and George on your way to Wilderness. When you get there, spend time in Wilderness National Park. You can try canoeing or kayaking on Kaaimans River and catch a waterfall. End your day at Sedgefield, a coastal town with forests, lakes and beaches. Watch the sunset from there before dinner.

Sedgefield to Jeffrey's Bay
Drive through Knysna to the Crags today. Choose between seeing elephants at the sanctuary or monkeys at Monkeyland - both options are great. Next comes the real excitement at Bloukrans Bridge. You can either do the world's highest commercial bungy jump (that's 216 meters!) or take the SkyWalk Tour. After your heart stops racing, walk through Tsitsikamma National Park to see the Storms River swing bridges. Then it's off to Jeffrey's Bay where you'll stay right on the beach.

Jeffrey's Bay to Sedgefield
You have two completely different options today. One is sleeping in and exploring Jeffrey's Bay's surf shops or trying a surf lesson if you're up for it. The other option is waking early for a game drive at Addo Elephant National Park. This place has the Big 5 and the most African elephants around. If you do Addo, you'll head back to Sedgefield later. Both options include a possible stop at Knysna Heads for ocean photos.

Sedgefield to Cape Town
Today you head over the Outeniqua Mountains to Oudtshoorn. Once you're there, you get another choice. Check out Cango Caves (one of the world's biggest cave systems), visit an Endangered Wildlife Rehabilitation Sanctuary, or take a tour at an Ostrich Show Farm. Enjoy lunch in town, then start your journey back to Cape Town along Route 62.
