Itinerary

  1. Day 1

    Bariloche

You'll arrive in Bariloche and get settled into your accommodation. Around 2:30 pm, a pickup takes you out on the Circuito Chico and Cerro Campanario excursion. The route follows Avenida Bustillo through the city center and stops at Playa Bonita before reaching Cerro Campanario, where there's an optional chairlift to the summit if you want the views. From there you'll pass by Laguna El Trébol and Lake Moreno, stopping at Punto Panorámico for photos. The tour wraps up with visits to Puerto Pañuelo, the historic Hotel Llao Llao, and San Eduardo Chapel before heading back.

  2. Day 2

    Bariloche

After breakfast, at 9:00 am you're picked up for the Victoria Island and Arrayanes Forest boat trip. You'll head out from Puerto Pañuelo and cross Lake Nahuel Huapi to reach Port Quetrihue. Once there, you get to walk through trails in the Arrayanes Forest, which is pretty unusual since it's the only place in the world with this particular type of ancient myrtle trees that are over 500 years old. Later you travel to Puerto Anchorena where different pathways let you explore more of the area with natural viewpoints overlooking Nahuel Huapi National Park. The boat brings you back to your accommodation by evening.

  3. Day 3

    Bariloche

Your morning starts with breakfast before an 8:00 am pickup for the El Bolsón and Puelo Lake excursion. You'll drive south from Bariloche past Gutiérrez and Mascardi lakes, passing through La Veranada, Pampa del Toro, and Cañadón de la Mosca along the way. The route includes stops at a trout farm, fruit plantations growing regional produce, and a local sweets factory. Then you reach the city of El Bolsón at the base of Piltriquitrón Hill where a central square fair has over 230 stalls selling everything from crafts to food (it's known throughout Patagonia). The day finishes at Lago Puelo National Park with free time to walk around and see what interests you.
