- TTessLouden· May 22nd, 2019The itinerary was not followed unless we specifically asked for it. None of the hotels were booked in advance and we had problems with checking in in every location. We also had some very dirty hotels and some not in convenient locations. Our driver was very nice but did not speak good English and there were more than a couple moments of bad driving and poor navigation. The tour guides that were lined up in advance were very nice and had a lot of good information, but there were a couple times when we had to ask for a tour guide when we did not get one even after it was promised on the itinerary. Our itinerary also included 3 meals a day and for the first half of the trip we had to pay for our own lunches (which they fixed after we complained, but we still had to complain or it would have not been). Food from the hotels was always pretty good and most of the hotel staff was very welcoming and nice. We had a lot of fun on this vacation and I’m happy we had the tour, but the organization could have been much better and I wish the driver was more of a tour guide and could speak more English.Show more

Guides were not always available/arranged. The special highlights did not happen. We did not go to the hamam in Fez; there was no cooking class as promised. There was no river walk and no caves. There was no trip to the spa. There was no festive dinner at a ranch and there was no demo of cooking bread. The promises described fell COMPLETELY short.
