A really good tour overall, lots of things to see. We enjoyed the flexibility of the mix of tour-included experiences and extras we could opt into or not. Our guide, Zane, who was with us for Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn was very knowledgeable and t0old us many things about the history, folk-history and background of the sites we went to. The city tour of Helsinki was a little more problematic, since we were in a small bus going through the city and it was very hard to see out to look at the architecture the guide was pointing out. The places we stopped, however, were very good.

I enjoyed the tour very much. The city tours were quite comprehensive with knowledgable guides. The optional tours were well worth the additional cost. The tour was well-organized. Only breakfasts were included in the basic tour; they were of variable quality.

Wonderful staff running tours and at hotels. The sites and explanations were historical (good) but could use some variety, even showmanship.

All aspects of the tour were professionally managed. The organizational skills of the company to coordinate language needs, to assist in the processes of booking and responding to questions, and to provide high quality senior tour guides and local expert guides is exemplary. Bravo! I very much enjoyed learning about the capitals we visited and appreciate how knowledgeable the guides were and how friendly and genuine they were. I would highly recommend Baltic Tours for the quality of the programs and staff. Accomodations ranged from excellent to good. The bus service was excellent. The drivers professional and courteous. I look forward to another Baltic Tours trip.

Tour was great! Especially our guide, so knowledgeable! All hotels were located in the city centre with cozy cafeterias near by and we spent few evenings there with our tour friends.

The trip was awesome! The people in the major cities speak english very well and are really friendly. I’ve really enjoyed the cities, they have something special about them. The tour was carefully planned – we had just enough time to explore everything we wanted. The hotels are not the most expensive ones, however they were neat and comfortable. Would repeat this trip again!

Unfortunately, the group was all 60+ years old couples, mostly Americans, 4 Australians and 2 Germans. I never felt more alone in a group like in this trip. Group members were more than punctual they are always 20 minutes ahead of time and complaining about my "tardiness" although I showed up on appointed time. One of the American ladies commented that it was a cultural thing. I told her no it's an age thing because my parents do like them. We had two tour leaders the one who accompanied us from Vilnius to Tallinn (Lamija) was very knowledgible with great personality. The one who accompanied us from Tallinn to Helsinki (Nathalia) was the exact opposite. Not only did she not lack all the guiding skills but She was also impolite to me and she claimed that she was joking.

Are you the same company or do you work together? Do you offer room share? If not, how much is the single supplement? Is this offered 100% in English, or are multiple languages used by the guides in the same tour?

    • Baltic ToursOperatorWritten May 2025

We have no relation to Click tours and we aren't aware what product they sell. We don't offer rooms to share. Price per person in single occupancy is 1740 Eur. Our tours are bilingual in English-German and Spanish-Italian.

      TravelerWritten May 2025

Do you have any tours that have a lot of English speaking people on them (that are booked)? If so, what dates? For the bilingual tours - is it one guide that switches back and forth, or two guides, one for each language? It does not seem very efficient, as everyone has to wait for the other language translation.

    • Baltic ToursOperatorWritten May 2025

On all tours we have quite the same number of English and German speaking customers. 20-29 July tour (code GBM15) currently has 70% English speaking (but not necessarily native) guests. The same guide speaks both languages. Language was never an issue during the tours. Since 2008 our product is very popular among the travelers from all over the World.

We want to start the day every morning around 10:30am. This is our vacation time so we want to take it easy getting up and eating breakfast. Please let me know if this is acceptable.

    • Baltic ToursOperatorWritten May 2025

The tour program starts every day at 9:00am. The mornings you have city tour you can join the group later, but the mornings you have to travel to another city and change the hotel you can't join later as the group makes check out and has to be prepared to leave on time.
