I lost a hat and a pair of glasses that slid down the side of the seat, which was both inconvenient and annoying. The seats were difficult to get in and out of and most of the leg rests didn’t work. It was a very bad experience with our tour guide and the restaurant knowing nothing about it and fighting us on every level including thinking we were lies. it made our day very awkward and I would never recommend you to anyone as you didn't do your job properly.
