What people love about touring Vienna Budapest Prague solo

Great over all experience…We really really enjoyed getting to know the three cities.

The taxi transfer went to the wrong train station despite my clear directions including address. After contacting Europamundo they said to go by ourselves to the hotel and they would only refund half. The whole episode was very stressful because ; We had traveled 9 and a half hours by train and were so tried and handling all our luggage. We arrived in a very busy confusing station unable to speak the language. Our phones were out of charge and we had to beg for help in a shop to get them charged to call. I had been very clear via email and phone messages to Europamundo and Tour Radar regarding the station we will be arriving at. I also phone to Europeamundo 2 hours before arrival all the while being reassured that there would be no issue. We got to the hotel 2 hours late and the places we wanted to visit were already closed. Also the transport from the airport would have cost them at least twice as much as what it costs them to transfer is from a local train station. It was an extremely well known station and the next day on a tour of the city ,ironically, the First icon they showed us was the station we arrived at! As soon as I was able I contacted Tour Radar in Europe, the response was good and they said they were investigating, however it's been 3 weeks since I heard from them. This is the first time I have tried a tour and I couldn't believe that it could be so stressful at the very start and what could have easily been rectified was made more stressful.:-(
