London
After settling into your hotel, the afternoon is open for you to spend however you like. Take a walk along the Serpentine in Hyde Park if you want something relaxing, or browse the shops around Knightsbridge. Tower Bridge and the Tower of London are also nearby if you're interested in seeing those landmarks.

London to Brussels to Amsterdam
Your Travel Director will meet you at St. Pancras Station where you'll board the high-speed Eurostar under the Channel Tunnel to Brussels, then travel by coach to Amsterdam. This evening there's a Welcome Reception followed by a scenic canal cruise past the elegant merchant houses from Amsterdam's Golden Age, including the Skinny Bridge. You'll finish with dinner at a local restaurant.

Amsterdam to Würzburg
You'll travel through scenic countryside on the Romantic Road to reach Würzburg in Germany. Along the way, you'll see the impressive Marienberg Fortress, the baroque palace of the Prince-Bishops and one of Germany's most significant landmarks. Once you arrive, a Local Expert will take you through the Würzburg Residenz, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to see its detailed decorations and grand staterooms.

Würzburg to Prague
Head out early to Rothenburg ob der Tauber, the best-preserved medieval town on the Romantic Road. From there, travel east toward the Czech border, passing through Pilsen which is known for its beer, before arriving in Prague. That evening, a river cruise through the city is an option if you're interested.

Prague
You have two options for exploring Prague with Insight Choice. Walk through Prague Castle's courtyards and visit St. Vitus Cathedral, or join your Local Expert in the Jewish Quarter to learn about its history and try Trdelník, a traditional Czech pastry. The rest of your day is free to wander the city, check out antique shops, or shop for Bohemian crystal.

Budapest
Drive along Andrássy Avenue to Heroes' Square, then walk through the alleys of Buda's Old Town with a Local Expert where you'll see sweeping river views from the Fisherman's Bastion. Head to Gellért Hill to see the Liberty Statue in front of the Citadella and take in panoramic views over the Danube, with the Chain Bridge and Elizabeth Bridge connecting the two sides.

Budapest to Vienna
Start your morning at the Liszt Music Academy where you'll meet a student and hear an intimate recital. The academy was founded by Franz Liszt in 1875. After that, pass by the Turul Monument, a large eagle statue overlooking Tatabanya, then continue to the Austrian border and through farming country to Vienna.

Vienna
There's an optional private tour of Schönbrunn Palace and its formal gardens available in the morning. A Local Expert will then walk you through Innere Stadt, Vienna's first district, where you'll have traditional coffee and cake at a café.

Vienna to Venice
Travel through quiet villages and forested mountains of Styria into the Carinthian Lake District, passing the Wörthersee, Europe's warmest lake. Cross into Italy near Tarvisio, following mountain valleys and streams down to the Veneto Plain on your way to Venice. You'll arrive by private boat and settle in at your hotel. Late afternoon brings cocktails at Piazza San Marco with live music, followed by an evening stroll past the Doges Palace and Bridge of Sighs to dinner at a local restaurant.
