What people love about touring Petra solo
- Best of Jordan
This was a great trip! I loved the group I was with and the places we visited. My only feedback was the lunch options that were buffet style. I am a vegetarian and the places we went to were expensive. I would have like another food option at this times. I do with we had longer Jeep ride at wadi rum and I would have paid more for that. The hotels we stayed at were nice and the bus was really nice. Great trip and awesome memories!
- Red Sea Diving 8 days from Amman
Incredible tour!!! I booked the holiday for my husband's 50th birthday, and we had the best time! Jordan is an amazing country, and we felt safe and welcome during our time there. From being met at the airport to being dropped off, everything was well-organised and enjoyable. Ahmed, our driver, was prompt and drove us brilliantly around his fabulous country. Petra was undoubtedly a highlight, brought to life by our guide Mahmoud, we hiked up to the monastery and the treasury overlook afterwards on our own - tiring but unmissable. Wadi Rum was stunning and the jeep ride another incredible experience. Even better was eating lunch with Richard Ayoade and David Baddiel who were staying on the camp with us (watch out for a Travel Man Christmas special filmed in Jordan) Communication with Elizabeth was spot on and there were even a few extra special birthday touches. If you're in any doubt about Jordan or Booking-tours.com, don't be just book it soon! We've made memories there we'll treasure forever
