THIS OPERATOR MORO TOURS IS WHAT THEY CALL BAIT & SWITCH:-( WE HAVE TRAVELED THE WORLD BUT NOT ONCE HAVE WE BEEN AS DISAPPOINTED LIKE THIS TRIP WITH MORO TOURS/TOUR RADAR. UPON BOOKING WE RECEIVED A LIST OF HOTELS & RIYADS IN EVERY CITY WHICH SEEMED OK. 2 days before we got a list of actual RIYADS which were completely different from original list! Very disappointing RIYADS. They were located in dirty parts of towns -making us walk 15 minutes in dirty allies with cat droppings everywhere. Riyads had small rooms & one of them we refused to stay in had no windows even & tiniest of room & smelly bathroom.Immediately contacted Moro tour owner but he did absolutely nothing & told us to get our own hotel that late at nite. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL & UNCARING TO PUT US IN THAT SITUATION WHEN WE ARE TOURISTS FROM USA & don’t know a soul in Marakesh. Trip date: June 2024 - Mary Jane· July 2nd, 2024Our TourRadar 10 Day Tour from Casablanca with Luxury Camp was a fabulous experience in Morocco. Our driver, Karim, was excellent. He was full of energy, entertaining, protective of our safety, careful driver, and personalized the tour to our needs daily. We were thrilled to discover that there were only two of us on this tour. Rather than cancelling, rescheduling, or putting us in with another group, TourRadar allowed us to continue the tour on the dates we requested. Who knew a small group could mean just two? This was a huge positive factor for us. We had local guides in four locations; Rabat, Fez, Volubilis, and Marrakech. Each of these had extensive knowledge of the specific areas and were all very personable. Additionally in the city of Fez we had three separate factory tours including mosaics, carpets, and tannery. We visited at least five different UNESCO Sites, which was more than originally listed in our itinerary. Our accommodations were also excellent. Many of the riads were like staying in a museum. The luxury camp was surprisingly spacious with adequate facilities, The only drawback was there was no ceiling fan which would have helped to move the air. Our stay at Dar Ahlan Dades following our night in the desert was perfect with its pool and cool breezes. This also was one of our pre-paid dinners and the meal was fantastic. It consisted of multiple small courses of excellent quality. We were traveling in June, considered the off season. However, we found places to be available, not crowded, and very few lines.. We also were traveling during a Muslim holiday which provided us with some unique experiences. We found the people of Morocco to be very friendly and helpful. We were also pleased with the overall safety of Morocco. In general, our TourRadar 10 Day Tour from Casablanca with Luxury Camp exceeded our expectations daily. I highly recommend it to other travelers. We opted for the hot air balloon ride in Marrakech, However, I cannot recommend this experience. Yes we drive through the palm groves of Skoura to reach Ouarzazate. Next we visit the studios. We depart to visit the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. A fortified village recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The Kasbah has appeared in many movies including Gladiator, Alexander, The Mummy and TV series including Game Of Thrones. Then we continue to Marrakech, by driving through the Tizi-N-Tichka pass, and the High Atlas Mountains. Stops will be made for lunch, and to take pictures at interesting spots. Finally we reach Marrakech, dinner and overnight in a hotel.

Approximately 6 hours a day by car. Driving between the city of Fez and the Merzouga desert is the longest part of this tour, but you will visit several villages. This tour is a group, but if we do not receive any reservations on the date of your tour, only you two will be on this tour.
