What people love about Croatia Tours in September
- Croatia Sail Adventure
I just completed the Croatia Sail Adventure and had an amazing time! The tour itself is well organised and has a good balance of chill time, swim stops, activities and nights out. Our group leader Anna was brilliant and always took the time to make sure everyone in the group was having a good time, and answer any questions. I would absolutely recommend this trip for anyone who’s thinking about it, and can’t wait to travel with Intro again soon!
- Cycle the Dalmatian Coast
Excellent trip and helpful tour guides.
- 6-Day Dalmatian Luxury Cycling Tour
Best riding I've ever had, absolutely STUNNING scenery. I met some great people, ate some fantastic food & enjoyed the beautiful weather every day

The islands of Hvar Korcula and Brač shine in September when crowds thin but amenities remain in full swing. Hotels like Borik on Korcula and Labranda Senses on Hvar provide bases for exploring local vineyards swimming and discovering historic towns. Visitors can enjoy Korcula's wine regions Hvar's purple-dotted landscapes and Brač's distinctive Zlatni Rat beach without peak season crowds. Local establishments keep regular hours while offering more relaxed service and better availability.
What special cultural events and festivals happen in Croatia during September?

September represents an ideal balance in Croatia's most visited cities. The intense summer crowds disperse allowing comfortable exploration of major sites like Dubrovnik's city walls and Split's Diocletian's Palace. Mid-month brings reduced hotel rates and easier reservations at popular restaurants such as Proto in Dubrovnik and Bokeria in Split. The more relaxed pace lets visitors experience these historic cities without the peak season rush.
