What people love about Croatia Tours in September
- Cycling Croatia's Dalmatian Coast
We had a very good time in spite of my wife coming down with a bad virus several days before the start of the trip. Because strong exertion caused sever coughing, she had to ride the van up some of the longer hills. There was one client who used an electric bike and it would have been a good solution for her condition. Unfortunately I didn't think of it before the start of the trip. Alan Skulic, the group leader was knowledgeable, organized, very personable, and made the whole experience memorable. Tommy the driver was also great. The scenery was beautiful and the food excellent. I found the lodging to be more than adequate and in all cases staffed by friendly helpful personnel. Overall we had a wonderful time.
- Walking Croatia: Islands & Mountains
Our Hiking trip along the Dalmatian coast was probably one of the nicest trips I have done in my lifetime (definitely in the top 4). Ivan, our tour guide, was knowledgeable, helpful and admirably used his great sense of humor in dealing with the swath of personalities that comprised our group. The local restaurants he recommended were outstanding. Although, it’s not possible to see all that Croatia has to offer, our hiking tour gave us a great opportunity to see a good portion of the coastal region. The only area that could be improved is the itinerary involving the Krka National Park. The waterfalls are beautiful, but the crush of humanity made the experience less than pleasurable.
- Croatia Sail Adventure
The trip was amazing and exceeded my expectations! It was my first time travelling alone and I felt nervous about the whole journey however Anna Holling made the group feel so welcome and involved in every environment. The activities were so organised and we always had updates within a group messenger chat as to what the plan would be on the day or the day to come. Anna is also a very friendly and fun character to be around, we enjoyed her company during the days and nights out and felt like a good friend, part of the family even, rather than just a tour guide. She would go over and above to help us with any queries we had during the adventure and I hope to travel alongside her again on my next intro adventure.
