Asked on August 10th, 2025What are the chances that the tour group will only have the 6 people in my client's family? I saw that there are up to 12 people per group. Also, is airport transportation included? What airport do you recommend flying in and out of?

That said, we can't guarantee exclusivity, as more travellers may join closer to the departure date. They can fly into Dubrovnik (DBV) and out of Split (SPU). Transfers aren't included, but can be arranged at an additional cost.

Regarding visas, we don't handle visa inquiries, so clients will need to arrange this on their own. We recommend they check with their local embassies for the most up-to-date information. For accommodations, our standard rooming is based on twin share. However, we can look into triple share options depending on availability. In terms of a private tour, the cost will depend on your clients' preferences. As for transfers, we can provide quotes once the clients put a tentative trip on hold. Finally, they can review our cancellation and refund policy.

Traveler•Written August 2025Their only hesitation is that the accommodations of the 2 adults and their 2 adult children will not be near each other. If you can guarantee that they can have 2 rooms near each other, or at least at the same location, they are ready to book.

All accommodations are always in the same hotel for a group, so the family will be together. Our operations team has advised that they can book 3 twin/double rooms but cannot guarantee that they will be next to each other. All travelers will be at the same hotel but the location of rooms is based on the hotel availability.
