What people love about Luxury Tours in Morocco
- 9-day cultural Morocco tour from Casablanca ( Private tour )
A perfect adventure you'll get. As another reviewers has implied, it's hard to find and believe in a place that has almost perfect reviews across the board, but, having recently completed this trip, I can understand why Cultural Morocco tours are regarded. My girlfriend and I chose this 9 days tour and it contained all the ingredients for the trip of a lifetime for us, this was starting and ends in Casablanca. Gorgeous scenery, beautiful mountains, endless deserts, awe-inspiring gorges., are all made even more enjoyable by this excellent company, who provided us with two guides, Amanar and Yassine, who are now friends for life. You spend a lot of time driving, listening to the guides tell you interesting stories and learning a significant amount about Berber culture. Your guides will stop and advise you of the best places to take photos - and, after a day of taking in the glorious sights, you'll stay in a wonderful hotel, with fantastic food breakfasts and dinners. All the selected hotels were perfect and my favorite experiences of all time, riding camels through the Sahara Desert, staying in a very comfortable tent, watching the sunset, eating food made by local people from the desert, before whittling the night away, listening to authentic local music and making new friends. All-in-all, this trip was worth every penny - and, such is the generosity and modesty of all the Moroccan people we came across, Amanar even said we didn't have to pay the full amount we owed. But of course we did! The trip is worth more in memories and experiences than money could imply. Take this trip and take it with Cultural Morocco Tours. We have made new, lifelong friends, whom we will return to see - and we have seen some of the most breathtaking sights anyone alive could be lucky enough to take in.
- 6 Day Private Tour from Casablanca to Marrakech
The itinerary was the best match for the limited time we had in Morocco although I wish it included at least 1 night in Marakkesh to introduce visitors to the city (instead of just a drop off to the hotel) and at least a day trip to Essouira to round up the 'highlights' to the country. The hotel & riads selected for the tour were great. Abdul and Anouar, our tour driver & guide, were courteous, patient and professional. Apparently, in Morocco, touring companions cannot walk around the locale with the guest even if requested-- it has to be a 'local' guide. So, even if the trip has a professional tour guide, I consider it as a semi-independent tour-- short introduction of the location/site whilst in the van then you're on our own to explore the place; and once done, meet back & move on to the next stop. Despite this though, my sister & I had an amazing time with the tour and in Morocco.
- 10 Days from Casablanca ( Private Morocco tour )
Everything about our experience with Cultural Tours Morocco was excellent: Abdul, who planned our itinerary with us and also was our driver during our 10 days, was incredibly helpful. He booked us into authentic, tasteful and quiet Riads that personified Moroccon culture, including a glamping tent in the Sahara that we arrived at after a 1.5 hr. camel trek (run by a wonderful guy named Ahmed). Abdul was an excellent driver/font of information who also arranged excellent tour guides at every stop including Fes and Marrakesh (our guide, Wedad, there was excellent), the High Atlas mountains and elsewhere. We had special dietary laws which Abdul made sure were followed in and respected. After covering around 2,000 kilometers in, but spending two long weekends in Fes and Marrakesh exploring the Medinas and Casbahs and Mellahs, we feel like we really delved into the geographic beauty, history and culture of Morocco, and we are very grateful that we found Cultural Tours Morocco on the TourRadar site. Big thumbs up!
