Very quick contact with the people onsite for organising the trip as a whole and the smaller details like pick ups and additional trips. Our spokesperson from Cairo Pass, Mahmoud, was always reachable and checked in on us. The cruise was excellent and the boat and crew just exceptionell. Through Cairo Pass we were able to choose a guide with our preferred language, german, and ended up having a guide for just the two of us. Great service, highly recommended

An absolutely fantastic tour, in terms of price, organization, driving staff, and tour guide. The kind and helpful car driver, the professional and expert Italian-speaking guide, the day-to-day program organized very well, skilfully alternating meal times with visits to places. Absolute willingness to meet all our requests. The only downside is the hotel accommodation. The structure is beautiful, but denotes a certain state of neglect; but the negative was the room. Too small for three people, there was no space for luggage, and above all the bathroom was very disheartening: quite dirty, rust everywhere, only cold water for washing. What a pity, because the rest of the trip was perfect, definitely to be recommended to anyone who wants to see the Siwa Oasis
