Momos are another must-try they're these delicious steamed dumplings filled with veggies or meat that you'll find all over especially in Kathmandu's street food scene. When you're in Kirtipur make sure to sample some authentic Newari cuisine like Choila which is this spicy grilled buffalo meat and wash it down with some Aila their traditional rice wine.
