- Vicki· August 16th, 2025Our guide Placibo from Palermo was most unsatisfactory. Totally unsuited to his role, he was arrogant, walked fast, talked fast and treated the group as school children. We were often left in the hot sun to listen when there was shade elsewhere. He was unpopular with the group as a whole, & it was a relief when Rita replaced him in Catania! The bus driver was good but th bus was old, many seatbelts non functioning & the windows unwashed. Apart from that I enjoyed my tour.Show more

But the tour information on your website was out dated and we therefore book the wrong hotel when we booked for a few days ahead of the tour date.
