The daily walking times are as follows: In Vardzia - 2-3 hours, and in Uplistsikhe, it's 1-1.5 hours. The Gergeti trek involves around 2 hours of hiking. On the other days, you will need to walk for a maximum of 1 hour each day

There is no problem with entering Georgia and Armenia. For Azerbaijan, you won't have issues unless you visited Karabagh without permission, which would blacklist you at Border Control.

It is recommended to travel with a passport with at least 6 months of validity, so we would recommend to renew it before your trip. We already have one guaranteed 15-day Caucasus Pearls group departing on 20/09/2022, with 2 travelers already in the group. As far as you are a solo traveler, I would suggest to join that departure, if the dates are suitable for you of course.
