It was great fun to travel with them and Insight Vacations once again. The travel itinerary was packed full of exciting places to visit and experiences to enjoy. Hotels are of a high standard in central locations. Mitja was very knowledgeable providing lots of local info but was also good fun and kept things moving along at a manageable pace for all. Sounds like you have a wonderful holiday planned for next year! As you've a fairly tight timetable, Insight's Country Roads trip won't fit in well, since the closest departure is 3 September and it concludes on 11 September 2023. We would recommend a departure with one of our sister companies, Trafalgar, who operate the Rome and the Tuscan Highlights. This holiday commences 01 September, and while it's officially a nine-day trip, Day 8 sees you arriving into Rome, so you could depart that evening to join your cruise (although you would miss the Farewell Dinner). Alternatively, the Italian Holiday with Trafalgar may also suit - this is a 7-day trip commencing 01 Sep and runs from Rome to Rome, concluding on 07 September. Would either of those options suit you? Please let us know, we'd love to see you on board.
