- AMike· June 17th, 2025Can't fault. Flawless tour with an excellent guide (Andri). It wasn't until I was back travelling on my own that I realised how easy it was to travel with Intro Travel. Everything was taken care of, I didn't need to worry about transport, accommodation or meals. For someone who usually meticulously plans their own trips, letting someone else take care of everything was a refreshing change, and I don't think I could have done it any better myself. All the stress and work of travel was taken care of and done so efficiently, leaving me to enjoy just the good parts. We visited some amazing places, ate great meals and had plenty of fun nights out. We had a very experienced and fun guide in Andri and also the local Filipino guides who assisted went above and beyond (there photo skills are next level). The group was great fun and everyone got on well. The beautiful beaches and warm water was a highlight. Being on or in the water most days was perfect for such a hot climate. Would definitely consider Intro Travel for my next trip ?.Show moreTrip date: May 2025
Madeleine· March 15th, 2025I had the best time on my Philippines 13 day Intro tour. It included all the activities I wanted to do whilst in the Philippines whilst still giving us time to enjoy all the places we stopped. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and ensured our whole tour was stress free, so we could fully enjoy and be present in the moment. Our tour guide (Zoe) was equally great at bringing the whole group together so it felt like one big travel family. Would highly recommend!Show moreTrip date: March 2025- SMSophie· March 14th, 2025I throughly enjoyed my 13 days in the Philippines , stunning views , fun activities and delicious authentic food. My favourite part of the trip was the boat trip and seeing the beautiful islands. Zoe was a great tour leader , she was always organised and had interesting facts to share with the group at all of our destinations. I would recommend the trip and Zoe as a tour leader to my friends :)Show moreTrip date: March 2025
Amelia· March 14th, 2025Just finished an amazing 13 days in the Philippines. The islands were stunning and the boat expedition was definitely the highlight. Zoe was amazing and was always there to answer any questions and make sure everything ran smoothly! Would definitely recommend this trip to friends and family wanting to visit the Philippines :)Show moreTrip date: March 2025- EMEllicia· November 16th, 2024I don’t think we could have asked for a better tour leader than Kyle to navigate us through not one, but two typhoons. Despite the surprise typhoons Kyle kept the vibes positive with his karaoke, dancing and personality. Where some activities were cancelled by the coastguard, Kyle arranged alternatives so that we were still able to have a great time as a group. I used this as the beginning of my philippines travel, meaning I was able to carry on exploring with friends I made from the group. Kyle’s travel knowledge was also incredible meaning that he was giving advice for destinations past the end of our Intro tour. We also had Alex join our tour as a leader and he was a fantastic addition to our tour group. His friendly and positive attitude meant that he was always checking in and ensuring the group was having a good time! The trip itself removes all the stress of making decision while travelling, letting you just enjoy the experience and make lots of friends with others on the tour. I would recommend this tour to others, and I look forward to booking another tour with Intro!Show moreTrip date: November 2024
- BNBERTEL· November 8th, 2024Fantastic tour! Really an amazing experience... Everything was well organised and the food was delicious. Wish I could give Kyle (and Alex) 6 stars because they did an amazing job!!Show moreTrip date: November 2024
Bróna· November 5th, 2024I just finished the 13 day Philippines Island Hopping tour and it was incredible despite two typhoons during our trip. Our group leader, Kyle, was brilliant at keeping the mood and vibes up throughout the rain and made sure we had a good time. We didn’t get to do the canyoneering with the weather but he provided alternative activities to make sure we still had activities to do. I met wonderful new friends and made amazing memories on this trip. Would recommend to anyone!Show moreTrip date: October 2024- ATaylor Bose· May 25th, 2024Amazing tour and would highly recommend. Very lucky to have a good group of travellers with me and a great tour leader, Andri. Andri was so helpful, reassuring, fun and informative. I would definitely look to book another Intro trip in the future, especially if he’s the leader! Covered some amazing islands and loved all the activities. Haven’t got a bad word to say or anything negative. I would recommend arriving and departing a few days before/after the tour to explore Manila and El Nido in further depth.Show moreTrip date: May 2024
- AEmily Morris· May 24th, 2024Amazing tour from start to finish! The itinerary was great, very full on but that’s what we liked as we got to see as much of the Philippines as possible. Andri was our leader and he was the best! Very friendly, very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable straight away, massive help with onward travel! No faults with him or this trip we loved it so muchShow moreTrip date: May 2024
- SGSanne· May 16th, 2024I just finished my tour and it’s been absolutely amazing from beginning to end. We were really well taken care of by our group leader Andri making sure everyone was safe and seen while being a good friend along the way. He truly made the experience memorable. The itinerary was excellent and everyday was filled with something exciting. One of the best experiences of my life. 10/10Show moreTrip date: May 2024

INTRO TravelOperator•Written September 2025The majority of people on our tours are aged 18 to 40, but we regularly have people in their 40s and 50s travel with us and have an incredible time. Asked on May 30th, 2025What time do we all meet on day 1 in Manila for this tour?
INTRO TravelOperator•Written May 2025On Day 1 of your trip, there are no planned activities during the day as this is when most people choose to arrive. The group meets around 7pm for a welcome dinner, so we recommend arriving before then if possible. If not, no worries! We can still arrange your airport pickup, and you can meet up with the group afterwards.

Asked on April 26th, 2025I am interested in this trip. I am a 30 year old guy solo traveler. I wanted to ask, is there a possibility to know how many males and females are already booked for the trip on 7th of May and for the trip on the 10th of May ( or more or less if exact number cannot be given)
INTRO TravelOperator•Written April 2025Our 7th May tour has 21 bookings, 4M + 17F! Our 10th May tour has 19 bookings, 6M + 13F!

Traveler•Written April 2025So how many spots are still left? Because I already see 21 people already booked. Is it usually around 20-25 people?
INTRO TravelOperator•Written April 2025We have just 1 space remaining on the 7th May tour with a maximum capacity of 22 people!
- A
Ann
Traveler•Written April 2025Please let me know if there is any specific deadline day to register for that spot ( if it will still be available) as I am still considering my trip and not 100% sure about it. And for the trip on 10th of May, do you have the same number of total spots (22 persons)?
INTRO TravelOperator•Written April 2025We're unable to request or hold a space without a deposit/booking so if you'd like us to check availability please do let us know ASAP. Our 10th May tour does also have 22 spots available but due to the start date approaching, we'd just need to confirm we can accept a late booking.

Asked on March 1st, 2025My husband and I are interested in taking a tour with this kind of itinerary. We would also like to add more snorkeling sites, if possible. We are both elderly, but very agile and are too old for this particular tour. Do you have other tours that might be appropriate for us?
INTRO TravelOperator•Written March 2025The majority of people on our tours are aged 18 to 39, but we regularly have people 40+ travel with us and have an incredible time! As long as you have an appetite for adventure and are happy bonding with people of all backgrounds, you'll fit in perfectly!

Asked on January 29th, 2025Is a private or shared room in this price?
INTRO TravelOperator•Written January 2025The price quoted is based on sharing, and throughout the trip we room you with another solo traveller of the same gender and do our best to room you with someone of a similar age. All of the accommodation on our Philippines trip is twin share. If you would like to have your own room throughout the trip, this would come at an extra cost.

Tanya
Traveler•Written January 2025how much would cost a private room? is this price twin share, right?
INTRO TravelOperator•Written January 2025it's based on twin share with another group member. What currency would you be paying in and I can let you know the cost to upgrade to a private room.
INTRO TravelOperator•Written January 2025It would be an extra $500 AUD to upgrade to a private room. If you would like to proceed with a private room upgrade, please let me know your preferred start date and I can check availability for you
INTRO TravelOperator•Written January 2025Yes, we currently have availability for a private room on this start date. Once you've secured your spot on this tour, just let us know and we can add on the private room to your booking, as there isn't an option to include it during the booking process.

Asked on January 19th, 2025Is there any additional fees for single travellers?
INTRO TravelOperator•Written January 2025There are no addtional fees for single travellers, the price you see is per person :)
- T
Timothy
Traveler•Written January 2025is that price for shared accommodation or private rooms? If it is shared, how many people in the room?
INTRO TravelOperator•Written January 2025You'll stay in a variety of amazing accommodation whilst on tour in majority twin rooms. We don't charge single supplements on our trips as most of our Group members are solo travellers. For this reason, the trip price is based on you sharing a room with another solo traveller of the same gender and similar age. It's worth saying as well that Group Members are in their hotel rooms for a very limited time throughout the trip, as there are activities most days and things planned most evenings.

Asked on January 5th, 2025do we get to see the lagoons while in El Nido? I am told you can usually do a tour A or B while there.
INTRO TravelOperator•Written January 2025You will spend lots of time exploring the beautiful waters of Coron and El Nido, there will be beaches, lagoons and snorkelling to your hearts content, you will have an amazing time! You are right there are lots of tour companies that have options A-D while you are there, but you will see the best bits while on the trip, and if you can't get enough and want to do another trip you could let your Group Lader know and they will help you find the best time to do this!

Traveler•Written January 2025Does that mean there will be time once we arrive in El Nido to book and do one of the A or B tours?
INTRO TravelOperator•Written January 2025There is some free time while you are in EL Nido, however it will depend on the timings of the tours which we do not know, so it will be best to check with your Group Leader, as we would hate for you to miss any of the other activities, however it is a possibility if you wanted to do another boat tour around El Nido if you wanted to.

Traveler•Written January 2025Will it be possible to do island hopping tours found in Coron? Or is it the same as what you said about el Nido and I would have to ask the group leader? I do see that there is a free day in Coron.
