The itinerary for them is good, and according to them , it it became disgusting because of the tour guide they also mentioned that the entire group was not happy and very disappointed with the guide. I'm wondering now how you select your guide, and should I use Cosmos again if you provide a guide like that one that they had? The itinerary had alot of flexibility which was great. It would have been great to do a great to know you activity or something on the first day to help break the ice and development relationships with our fellow travellers quicker or perhaps a meal early in the itinerary to help bond the group quicker! She was also so considerate of each of us and our differing needs (e.g., providing adequate stops; knowing when to give added information vs letting us rest; organising rooms to be closer for people who were unable to mobilize as well etc) on the trip which was an added touch! Peter our tour driver was great and always drove with good precaution and safety.
