There was only one instance at a hotel complex where we had to pay quite a lot for a pizza after trying several resturants in the complex and being told they were catering for other tours. First, it will be easy to rebook your trip if the new tour is still available and confirmed. If it's on request, it takes 3–4 days to know if it will be confirmed or denied. Second, if you change the dates and you don't want any penalty, rebook your trip outside the booking conditions. Normally, 60 days (level 1 trip) or 90 days (level 2 trip) prior to the start of the trip. Also, if you rebook your trip within the booking conditions, a penalty will apply depending on the days left prior to departure. Lastly, if you rebook your trip at a cheaper price, we will honor the new price and refund the remaining amount to you.
