It started when I did not receive proper communication for the initial meeting point (no address) in Las Vegas. I did receive the first email only, with no instructions, 3 days before departure. The Travel Director, he failed to include me on the two subsequent emails (with address to meet) that followed with more detail/ information where to meet for the Welcome Reception dinner on the 1st day. I ended up unable to find the group and missed the Reception dinner on my first day. It is lack of organization and communications skills and a lack of consideration (especially for a solo senior traveler) specifically directed at me. I do not know why but he failed all expectations and I’m very disappointed with Trafalgar operation. At the end of trip back to Las Vegas was also delayed by 1hour from the expected time of arrival.
