Your Canadian Rockies adventure starts in Vancouver. After settling in, you'll have time to get oriented with the city and its surroundings. This evening, meet up with your Travel Director and fellow travelers for dinner.

Victoria
Begin your day at Stanley Park, where you'll see totem poles reflecting Indigenous heritage. From there, head to the Bill Reid Gallery for a docent-led tour of Northwest Indigenous art. Later in the day, you'll take the ferry to Victoria and get an orientation of the city before things wind down.

Victoria
Get an early start with breakfast at Butchart Gardens right when it opens, giving you time to walk through the 55-acre floral gardens. The rest of your day is flexible in Victoria's downtown area, where you can grab high tea or fish and chips. If you're interested, there's an optional whale watching cruise available to spot orca, humpback whales, bald eagles, and other wildlife.

Kamloops
Take the ferry to Maan Farms for a Be My Guest experience with the family owners. You'll have the choice to tour the winery or pick fresh berries, followed by Indian-inspired lunch. Then it's off to Kamloops, where you'll stay at The South Thompson Inn, a historic property with original brick buildings from an old racing stable.

Jasper
Head toward Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies at 3,954 m (12,972 ft). You'll stop at the Mount Robson Visitor Center to take in the views, and then continue to Jasper National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where you'll spend the next two nights. An optional guided hike is available if you want to explore the hills, forests, and glacial lakes.

Jasper
This morning, take a guided walk through Maligne Canyon. Later on, you'll cruise the turquoise waters of Maligne Lake to see three glaciers and Spirit Island. Lunch with wine happens at the lakeside Maligne Lake Chalet. If you want more adventure, there's optional rafting on the Athabasca River or an evening theatre performance available.

Banff
Travel along the scenic Icefields Parkway to the Columbia Icefield. Board a specially designed Ice Explorer to cross the Athabasca Glacier, one of the largest non-polar ice fields. After that, continue to Lake Louise and take in its turquoise glacier-fed waters before heading to Banff in the heart of Banff National Park.

You have flexibility today to explore Banff with guidance from your Travel Director. Consider taking the Banff Gondola up Sulphur Mountain for panoramic views of six mountain ranges. This evening, there's a special dinner celebrating your Canadian Rockies experience.
