When we were "passed off" we didn't always feel like we knew the plan. Things could have been communicated better. There was definitely lack of planning during the Hoi An Express bus transport. Hotels in Vietnam are inexpensive. With the amount that was paid for the tour, the accommodations could have been improved.Show more
