Asked on April 27th, 2023Would you be able to create a shorter version of this trip? The only really must see locations would be Santorini and Cappadocia.
Encounters TravelOperator•Written April 2023Due to the layout of Turkey, you really would only be able to follow the itinerary as outlined from Kusadasi to Cappadocia, and international flights to USA would depart from Istanbul. Therefore, you could cut out Mykonos from this itinerary, and even the sightseeing day in Athens but we would suggest keeping the rest as we have structured it.

As the main religion in Greece is Greek Orthodox, halal food will not be widely available. Breakfasts at hotels will include items that are not halal, and so will any lunches and dinners that are included in the tour.

As we receive travellers from all over the world on our departures, there won't be groups meeting in the cities you travel from within the United States. We schedule the arrival and departure transfers according to individual arrival/departure details and you will be taken from the airport to the arrival hotel. On day 1, you should arrive in Athens and on day 14, you should depart from Istanbul. As travellers will be arriving at various times on day 1, you will likely only meet the group on the morning of day 2 before the day's activities start.
