Arrival in Quito
Your flight lands at Quito airport where an English-speaking guide will meet you for the drive to your hotel in the city. You can spend the rest of the day however you like - wander around Quito, check out some of the local neighborhoods, or just relax after traveling.

- Day 2
Quito to San Cristobal Island, Galapagos
This morning you'll head to the airport for your flight to San Cristobal Island in the Galapagos. Once you arrive, your guide meets you and takes you to the M/C Anahi catamaran where you'll stay for the next 4 days. After getting settled in your cabin and having lunch onboard, you visit the San Cristobal Interpretation Centre to learn about the island's wildlife and history. In the late afternoon, you hike up Tijeretas Hill for views of the coastline, and if you're interested, you can snorkel in a nearby inlet where two species of frigate birds nest together.

- Day 3
Espanola Island, Galapagos
Today focuses on Espanola, one of the oldest islands in the archipelago at 3.3 million years old. Your morning starts at Punta Suarez on the western side where you'll see unique birds found nowhere else, including albatrosses, mocking birds, and Darwin's finches. After lunch, you head to Gardener Bay on the northern coast to watch sea lions - there's a large breeding colony spread out on the beach and rocks during this season.

- Day 4
Floreana Island, Galapagos
You visit Floreana, a small island with a fascinating history involving pirates and whalers. Your morning takes you to Punta Cormorant on the northern coast where you'll find a lagoon with flamingos and a sandy beach where sea turtles come to nest. Later you snorkel at Devil's Crown, a collapsed volcano that's one of the best snorkeling spots in the Galapagos - you can see sea turtles, Galapagos sharks, moray eels, and sea lions. Before the day ends, you stop at historic Post Office Bay where you can drop off a letter or postcard without a stamp by placing it in a mailbox so someone heading your direction can deliver it.

Santa Cruz Island and Return to Quito
This morning you visit Santa Cruz, the second largest island and located in the center of the archipelago. You start with a tour of the Fausto Llerena Interpretation Center, which runs a tortoise breeding program where eggs are incubated and young tortoises are raised for 5 years before going back to their native areas. There's also an iguana breeding program at the same location. After this visit, you get transferred to Baltra Island airport for your flight back to Quito, then to your hotel for your final night.
