Livingstone
Meet the group at 14:00 in Livingstone to kick off your safari. You'll spend the next 2 days at Victoria Falls, where water plunges dramatically into the Zambezi Gorge. If you're up for it, white water rafting on the Zambezi or a 111m bungi jump are both on the table as optional activities.

Livingstone to Caprivi
From Livingstone, head into the Caprivi, a narrow strip of Namibian land wedged between Angola, Zambia and Botswana. Over the next 2 days you'll explore this remote region where big rivers draw varied wildlife and bird species. A boat cruise takes you out to Popa Falls on the Kavango River.

Caprivi to Rundu
Start this morning watching birds around the camp, then travel west along the Kavango River. You'll pass through villages with grass huts and see local wooden crafts and carvings. By evening you'll reach the riverside camp in Rundu, where you can catch a spectacular sunset over the water.

Landmarks Kavango River - Days 6 - 7
Rundu to Etosha National Park
Travel to Etosha National Park in Namibia's game-rich northwest corner. Known locally as 'the great white place of dry water', you'll take game drives around the massive dry pan spotting elephants, antelope herds and lions at the waterholes. Your camp at Namutoni, Halali or Okaukuejo has flood-lit waterholes for evening wildlife watching.

- Day 8
Etosha National Park to Brandberg
Head to the Brandberg and camp beside the dry Ugab River bed. Local guides lead foot walks through these mountains where you'll see rare desert elephants and rock art, including the famous 'White Lady' carving.

Brandberg to Spitzkoppe
Head south through desert landscapes toward Spitzkoppe, where massive granite domes rise straight out of the desert floor. Set up camp at the base of these formations and walk around to explore the area. The silence and open space here are something else, and the sunset is hard to beat.

- Days 10 - 11
Spitzkoppe to Swakopmund
Cross flat plains heading to the coast and visit the Cape Cross seal colony. Continue on to Swakopmund where you have the day free to explore at your own pace. Optional activities like dune boarding or sea kayaking are available. Evening meals are on your own.

Swakopmund to Namib Desert
Leave Swakopmund and drive through lunar-like landscapes into the Namib Desert. You'll walk to Sossusvlei, explore Sesriem Canyon and see dramatic sunsets over the world's highest red sand dunes.

Namib Desert to Windhoek
Travel to Windhoek where African and European cultures mix together. You'll arrive late in the afternoon. Evening restaurant meal is at your own expense.

Windhoek to Kalahari
Cross into Botswana and overnight in the heart of the Kalahari. A walk with local San Bushmen gives you insight into their traditional way of life and bush skills they've used for generations.

Kalahari to Okavango Delta
Travel to Maun, then journey deep into the Okavango Delta by traditional dugout canoes called Makoro. You'll camp wild on remote islands for 2 nights with bush walks, swimming and plenty of birdlife to take in across this pristine wilderness.

- Day 20
Okavango Delta to Kasane
Head north through Chobe Forest Reserve to Kasane and set up camp. In the afternoon you'll take a wildlife boat cruise through Chobe National Park, where you'll see large herds of elephant and buffalo.

Kasane to Livingstone
Transfer back to Livingstone where your tour finishes around 12:00 noon at Livingstone Airport.
