G AdventuresOperator•Written July 2025Upon arrival at Erian Hotel, look for a note or bulletin board in reception with details about the Welcome Meeting. The meeting is usually between 5pm and 7pm, where you'll meet your CEO and other travelers and learn about the tour. If no note is visible, ask reception for details.

We do offer private departures on certain tours but the minimum required group size that is required to make it a private departure is between 8-12 people. If you are only one, the pricing will get charged for 8-12people accordingly, making it very expensive.

Will we be restricted in the areas we can travel to because of the rain? I am 72 years old, though reasonably fit for my age, is this tour suitable and are their increased risks of falling during the rainy season?

Our itineraries are designed for everyone from 12+ so should you wish to join you are most welcome. Safety is our priority so should the itinerary have any safety risks due to heavy weather the local office will advise us and we will adjust accordingly. I would recommend bringing sturdy shoes with nice grip.

Thank you, an arrival transfer is $60 from Jakarta airport, and a departure transfer is $20 back to Bali Denpasar airport. The start accommodation we currently use is Erian Hotel.

Would it be possible for me to leave the tour on Day 8 and make my way up to Seminyak to meet my friends at a villa that they've booked there?

You are more than welcome to fly with the group, but instead of driving to Sanur you can ask the CEO to help you arrange transportation from the airport to Seminyak. Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a discount for any services missed and the additional transfer will have to be at your own cost. You will need to sign off the tour once you arrive at the airport with the help of the CEO.
