Marrakech
Your specialist picks you up at Marrakech Airport and takes you to your riad for check-in. Once you've settled in, the rest of the day is yours to wander through the medina streets or just relax at your accommodation and adjust to the pace.

Marrakech
After breakfast, a local guide takes you through Marrakech's main sites like Bahia Palace, the Saadian Tombs, and Koutoubia Mosque. Then you'll walk through the busy souks where artisans work, and by afternoon you're free to shop, grab food, or catch the street performers and food stalls at Jemaa el-Fna square.

Marrakech to Demnate
Following breakfast, you head out to Ouzoud waterfall in the High Atlas Mountains. The 330-foot cascade is home to Atlas monkeys, and you can climb up top, swim at the base, take a boat ride, or just sit on a terrace. After lunch, you continue to Demnate to see the natural bridge at Imi n'Ifri, then settle in for the evening.

Demnate to Dades Valley
You'll have breakfast and then travel to an eco-lodge in Bouguemez for a traditional crafts workshop where you learn carpet weaving or olive pressing. From there, an off-road drive takes you into the High Atlas mountains toward Dades Valley for a picnic lunch, some light hiking, and dinner at your lodging.

Dades Valley to Zagora
The route crosses over the Saghro Mountains to Draa Valley on a quieter road. You'll stop to tour the 17th-century Kasbah Tamnougalt, then continue to Zagora where you board a camel for a trek to your desert camp. Dinner happens under the stars before you settle into your tent for the night.

Zagora to Taroudant
Get up early to catch the desert sunrise from camp, grab breakfast, then travel through saffron country in the Anti-Atlas (if you're visiting in October, there's a stop at a local cooperative to learn about saffron harvesting). You'll reach Taroudant by early afternoon, check into your riad, and do a guided walk around this city that locals call 'Marrakech's little sister'.

Taroudant to Essaouira
After breakfast, you head to the coastal town of Essaouira, driving through argan tree groves where goats actually help produce Morocco's argan oil. Arriving around lunchtime, you can grab fresh seafood right at the shore, then spend the afternoon walking around the city and beach.

Essaouira
This day is completely free. Head to the wharf to pick out fresh fish and have it grilled Moroccan-style at a restaurant, or just sit at a café and watch the scene unfold. Later on, walk over to the ramparts to watch the sun set across the Atlantic. Your specialist can help with transportation or suggestions if you want them.

Essaouira to Marrakech
After breakfast, depending on your flight time, you can take one last walk by the sea and look around Essaouira before your transfer to Marrakech Airport for your departing flight.
