Rome
You'll arrive in Rome whenever works for your schedule. After you get there, meet up with your CEO and the rest of the group for an initial welcome gathering to get oriented.

Rome to San Gimignano
This morning includes an orientation walk through Rome with your CEO. Then you'll take a train and bus to San Gimignano, walking to your home for the week in a locally-owned medieval house. You'll meet your host Ugo, a local who'll have a home cooked dinner waiting for the group.

Landmarks/POIs San Gimignano - Day 3
San Gimignano
Spend the morning in a half-day cooking class learning local techniques. In the afternoon, you'll walk along the medieval city walls of San Gimignano where you can take in new views of the town and see sweeping countryside stretching out below.

Landmarks/POIs San Gimignano Medieval Walls - Day 4
San Gimignano to Florence
Head out for a day trip to Florence with the afternoon and most of the day free to check out museums, walk through plazas, and wander at your own pace. You'll decide when to head back to San Gimignano. Later, you can either go out with the group for dinner or cook together back at the apartments.

Landmarks/POIs Florence - Day 5
San Gimignano
Take a leisurely walk through the Tuscan countryside this morning along the historical Via Francigena path heading to Montauto, where you'll get great views looking back at San Gimignano. After that, you'll have free time to visit the San Gimignano market. By evening, settle in for a local wine tasting.

San Gimignano to Siena
You'll head to Siena for a day trip with an orientation walk led by your CEO to get familiar with the city layout and main spots. This is your final evening at the agriturismo, so you'll have free time to relax and do whatever you like.

San Gimignano to Rome
Head back to Rome by bus and train in the morning. You'll depart early afternoon from Rome's Termini train station. Make sure your flights are booked for no earlier than 6 pm so you have time to get to the airport.
