    Disappointed. Guides didn't provide much information, transportation was uncomfortable. Most of the hotels were cheap( no shampoo and one old towel) and needed renovation. Actual itinerary was different from the one which was provided prior departure( we actually did fewer things than were promised). Lunch and dinner was not served every day( in the internerary they said only one dinner and one lunch should not be provided)When I wrote my complains to the company, while on the truck, they politely brushed me off.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before November 19th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 19th, 2025, a minimum payment of $300 is required to confirm your booking with Encounters Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
