Itinerary
- Day 1
Cairo
You'll land at Cairo airport where your tour representative will meet you and help with airport procedures. From there, you'll head to your hotel where your guide will walk through the itinerary and answer any questions about what's coming up.
- Day 2
Cairo to Aswan
After breakfast, you're heading to the Great Pyramids and Sphinx at Giza Plateau. Then it's on to Sakkara to check out the Step Pyramid and ancient tombs. Later that day you'll travel overnight to Aswan, either by air-conditioned bus, flight, or sleeper train depending on your preference.

Aswan
You'll arrive in Aswan where your representative meets you for transfer to the Nile cruise. The tour starts with the High Dam of Aswan, then you'll take a small motorboat to Philae Temple on a scenic island in the river.

Aswan to Luxor
The cruise takes you down the Nile where you can watch rural life and see how the landscape changes along the way. You'll stop at Kom Ombo temple with its two distinctive entrances overlooking the river, then sail toward Luxor, which has some of the richest archaeological sites around.

Luxor
After breakfast, you're exploring the East Bank of Luxor. The day includes touring Karnak Temple, one of Egypt's most significant Pharonic sites, and Luxor Temple with its impressive Avenue of Sphinxes running between the structures.

Luxor to Hurghada
After breakfast, you'll check out the West Bank starting with the Valley of the Kings, which has some of the most important archaeological finds. Then you'll see the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. By evening you're traveling to Hurghada on the Red Sea by bus.

Hurghada
This day is yours to do what you want. You can go snorkeling or scuba diving if that interests you, or just swim and relax by the Red Sea. There's also good dining nearby if you want to try local restaurants.

Hurghada
Another free day in Hurghada. Water activities like snorkeling and scuba diving are available, or you can spend time swimming and soaking up the sun with no plans required.

Hurghada to Cairo
You're heading back to Cairo early to tour the city. Start at the Egyptian Museum where you can see King Tutankhamun's treasures. Then you'll wander through Khan El Khalili, the old Cairo Bazaar with its winding alleyways, souvenir shops, and coffee spots.

Cairo
You have the whole day free in Cairo. If you want to get out of the city, there's an optional day trip to Alexandria on the Mediterranean Coast. Founded by Alexander the Great, it has nice beaches, a seafront corniche with cafes, plus catacombs, a fortress, and local souks to explore.

Cairo to Amman
After breakfast, you'll transfer to Cairo airport for your flight to Amman. When you land, your representative will pick you up and take you to your hotel where the guide will brief you on what comes next in Jordan.

Amman to Petra
After breakfast, you're touring Amman starting with the Theatre and Citadel, followed by a look around downtown. Then you'll head to Jerash to see the Roman ruins of the Greco-Roman settlement of Gerasa. Later you'll travel to Petra and stay overnight there.

Petra to Wadi Rum
After breakfast, you'll meet your guide for a short horse ride through Petra's canyon to reach the Treasury Al Khazneh. You'll explore this Rose City built by Arab Nabateans over 2000 years ago. After lunch, you head to Wadi Rum to see the mountains and Lawrence of Arabia cave before settling in at a Bedouin camp.

Wadi Rum to Amman
Early breakfast at the camp, then you're driving to Madaba to visit St George Church and see the famous 6th-century mosaic map of the Holy Land. From there, you'll head to Mount Nebo, about 710 metres above sea level, where Moses is said to have viewed the Promised Land. After exploring, you'll go to the Dead Sea for lunch and swimming before heading back to Amman for dinner.
