- Day 1
London to Paris
You'll start in London this morning, then head to the White Cliffs of Dover to take in the English coastline. The ferry crossing to Calais takes a few hours, so you'll have time to settle in once you arrive in France. After that, you'll visit the World War I battlefields in the Valley of the Somme and Vimy Ridge where a historian will walk you through what happened there. By evening, you're heading into Paris to wander the cobbled streets of the Latin Quarter and have French dinner at a local spot.

Paris
Christmas Day in Paris starts with heading up Montparnasse Tower to see views of the city from above. You'll have the afternoon and early evening free to do what interests you - whether that's sampling wine and cheese, shopping along the main streets, or going up the Eiffel Tower if you haven't already. Dinner tonight is set at a restaurant in Montmartre where you'll try traditional dishes like escargot and boeuf bourguignon that are included with your tour.

Paris
Boxing Day in Paris begins with coffee and a croissant at a local café. Then you'll take a guided tour hitting the major landmarks: the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Louvre, Champs-Élysées, and Notre-Dame Cathedral. During the day you'll also stop at the Fragonard Perfumery to learn how they make fragrances and to pick up some perfume if you want. After that, you have time to check out museums or walk through the fashionable le Marais district. For the evening, you can find a neighborhood restaurant with character or go for something more formal like a cabaret show at the Moulin Rouge where champagne is included.
