Today you're cycling from the wine region through flat terrain along pleasant paths toward Speyer. Once there, you'll walk through the medieval old town, then continue on to the palace and gardens at Schwetzingen. The day finishes in Heidelberg, home to Germany's oldest university, where you can see the historic town center.
