Costa del Sol to Granada
Leave the Hotel Sol Principe at 7:45 AM for Granada. Once you arrive, you'll spend time at the Alhambra walking through its courtyards and arches, then head to the Generalife Gardens to see the tranquil grounds. After dinner, you'll settle in for the night in Granada.

Granada to Toledo to Madrid
Head out early toward Toledo and grab lunch when you arrive. In the afternoon, head up to Mirador del Valle to see the views across the city rooftops and the Tagus River below. Then take a guided walk through the old town's winding streets and historic sites. From there, you'll travel onward to Madrid.

Madrid to Zaragoza to Pamplona
Start the day heading to Zaragoza with time to visit the Basilica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar on your own. After that, you'll travel to Pamplona, where you can check out the old quarter and learn about the city's famous San Fermín celebrations.

Pamplona to San Sebastián to Bilbao to Santander
Following breakfast, depart for San Sebastián with free time to walk along La Concha Bay or wander the old town at your own pace. Next, you'll stop briefly in Bilbao to see the Guggenheim Museum's distinctive architecture. Later, you'll continue north to Santander on the coast.

Santander to Santillana del Mar to Covadonga to Oviedo
Travel to Santillana del Mar, a well-preserved medieval town and National Monument. From there, you'll drive through the northern landscapes to Covadonga where you can visit the famous Sanctuary on your own time. By evening, you'll arrive in Oviedo for the night.

Oviedo to Salamanca to Madrid
Head out toward Salamanca to see its golden sandstone buildings and busy atmosphere. You'll make a short stop to check out the Plaza Mayor and walk through the historic old quarter. Then you'll continue traveling to Madrid.

Madrid to Mérida to Seville
After breakfast, travel to Mérida in the Extremadura region. You'll have free time to see the archaeological sites including the Roman Theatre and Amphitheatre, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Grab lunch, then travel south along the Autovía de la Plata toward Andalusia. You'll reach Seville in the late afternoon for dinner and overnight.

After your final breakfast, head out on the Route of the White Villages, traveling through hilltop towns as you make your way to Ronda. You'll explore this historic city known for its dramatic gorge and traditional Andalusian character. From there, you'll travel to the Costa del Sol where your trip concludes.
