- Day 1
Sofia
You'll arrive in Sofia and get yourself to the hotel. Once you check in, the rest of the day is yours to wander around and get a feel for the city's nightlife if you're up for it. Your guide will meet you back at the hotel later in the evening to go over what's coming up on the trip.

- Day 2
Sofia - Veliko Tarnovo - Bucharest
Following breakfast, you'll join a guided tour to see the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and St. Sofia Basilica to understand Sofia's cultural side. Then it's time to travel toward Bucharest, with a lunch break in Veliko Tarnovo where you can walk around this historic former capital of Bulgaria. You'll reach Bucharest later, get settled at your hotel, and have the rest of the day free to explore however you like.

Grab breakfast to start your day, then you'll join a guided tour through Bucharest. The tour hits the main spots: Revolution Square, the Romanian Athenaeum, Villa Crosse Passage, the Old Town area, Manuc's Inn, and the Old Princely Court. After the tour wraps up, you have the afternoon free to check out whatever caught your interest or explore other parts of the city on your own.

Bucharest - Peles Castle - Bran Castle - Sibiu
Leave early and drive to Sinaia to tour Peles Castle, a 19th-century royal residence with its own interesting history. From there, continue to Bran Castle to learn about the historical facts behind the Vlad Dracula connection and the castle itself. In the afternoon, you'll travel to Sibiu and settle in for the night.

- Day 5
Sibiu - Corvin Castle - Timisoara
After breakfast, take a walking tour through Sibiu's Old Town, which earned the title of Europe's first Eastern European Capital of Culture back in 2007. Later you'll head to Corvin Castle, a Gothic-style fortress and one of Europe's largest, where you'll have time to walk around and soak in the history and legends. Then it's on to Timisoara for your overnight stay.

- Day 6
Timisoara - Vrsac - Belgrade
You'll start with a walking tour of Timisoara's Old Town, where Turkish and Austro-Hungarian architecture lines the streets (the city was named European Capital of Culture in 2019). After that, travel to Arad for a short walking tour, then stop in Vrsac to see the recently rebuilt fortress and take in the views over the Banat landscape. You'll cross into Serbia and continue to Belgrade for the night.

Belgrade
After breakfast, your guide meets you for a city tour of Belgrade. You'll check out the views from Belgrade Fortress overlooking the Danube and Sava rivers, then walk along Knez Mihailova, the main shopping street with plenty of cafes and shops. The tour continues with a walking route through Belgrade to learn the stories behind the city's landmarks and what makes them significant.
