- Eldon· November 15th, 2024This was an amazing tour and the sights were spectacular.. The town we stayed in was centrally located so we didn’t have to change hotels from day to day, and ultimately saved us time traveling for each daily tour. The tours were well organized and our tour leader was excellent. The smaller group size made it much easier to manage so we weren’t always trying to figure out who was on the bus and who was missing. I would recommend this tour for anyone interested in seeing the Amalfi Coast.Show moreExodus Adventure Travels commented on this reviewWe would like to sincerely thank you for taking the time to post a review of your experience on our Highlights of the Amalfi Coast tour and we are so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your adventure. - DRDaniel· August 12th, 2024Overall, the tour was very good and the Exodus tour guide Veriano was good. A few complaints - we were left at Naples airport for almost 2 hours before boarding tour bus to hotel due to 1 group member being late. Also, tour guide needs to walk more slowly during tours around crowded, congested areas, as some members walked slower or stopped to take photos and had hard time keeping up with him.Show moreExodus Adventure Travels commented on this reviewThank you for taking the time to give us feedback following your trip with Exodus. - LRLeon· July 18th, 2024Veriano was an excellent guide . He was very attentive and looked after us .He was also friendly and had a wry sense of humour . Well done !!! The tours were so well chosen and organised . It would have been nice to go to Vesuvius but it was a busy day with Ercolano and Pompei . My favourite was Ravello with the tour of Gore Vidal’s ex villa la Rondinaia my high point . I had been wanting to visit for years. The guides there were friendly and knowledgeable . Then the tour to Villa Cimbrone completed the experience . Veriano organised it and made sure I could find it and picked me up afterwoods . I finished with a wine at Villa Maria and their wonderful view of the valley leading to the sea. The family hotel Due Torri was magic . The family very warm and welcoming in the True ItalianShow moreExodus Adventure Travels commented on this reviewWe would like to sincerely thank you for taking the time to post a review of your experience on our Highlights of the Amalfi Coast tour and we are so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your adventure. - JPJoanne· June 22nd, 2024The tours were wonderfully organized and thoroughly enjoyable. We got to see and experience everything that was promised. Our guide was informative and made sure everyone in our group was well taken care of and comfortable. The hike on the Path of the Gods was a bit challenging, and we could have been better informed, as we were told it would be easy. As a result, several people turned back. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the dinners were not very good, with limited choices and not up to the quality we’ve experienced in Italy before. For several in our group, this was their first time in Italy, and they were quite disappointed with the food. We assured them that this is not typical. Overall, we recommend this tour, but you may want to dine at local restaurants some evening.Show moreTrip date: June 2024

- JSJohn· May 27th, 2024The guides at the sites we visited all talked way too much. Difficult to enjoy the sights and to try to experience them when the guides are talking all the time. Itinerary changed as we spent an entire day at Ravello, with absolutely no reason given. We lost a half free day to spend time at a place that was worth only a half day's visit. The tour guide, not the other guides I mentioned, also stayed with us at each site for an hour. We are competent adults, who once at a location, should be able to do our own sightseeing. Hotel's food as minimally adequate.Show moreExodus Adventure Travels commented on this reviewThank you for sharing your feedback following your holiday to Italy with us . - Barbara· May 25th, 2024I found Exodus to be completely inflexible with the “transfers included” portion of their policies. If you did not book airfare with them you were not entitled to a free transfer. Hotel was nice although dinners took 3 hours to be served and finished 7:30-10:30. Dining room was very loud and breakfast was like a feeding frenzy with little to choose from! Excursions were great, staff was great!Show moreTrip date: May 2024

Asked on June 7th, 2025I would like to find a tour of the Amalfi coast, to include Pompeii and Herculaneum, in September (hoping for a start date on either 10th or 20th Sept). Do you have anything you can offer?
- Exodus Adventure TravelsOperator•Written June 2025
We have some tour highlights including: Walk the best routes in the Amalfi Coast, Trek the Path of the Gods, Explore Vesuvius, Discover the 2,000-year-old history of Pompeii with an expert local guide. If you want to visit Herculaneum, you can opt in for an optional activity in Day 6. The cost of return transfers can be arranged locally and cost approx. €40-€80 per person, depending on group size + entrance fee to archaeological site €16.

Asked on May 19th, 2025What time is best weather wise I'm looking to book end of August early September also we will be flying from Aberdeen Scotland so need advice on where to fly to to join the tour
- Exodus Adventure TravelsOperator•Written May 2025
August/September would be ideal to visit the Amalfi Coast. You would fly into Naples to join the tour. We can add a pre night in Naples if you like?

Asked on May 17th, 2025how do we get from the Naples airport or the train station in Naples to Hotel Due Torri?
- Exodus Adventure TravelsOperator•Written May 2025
Exodus provides one group arrival transfer from the airport, which is timed to coincide with the arrival of a chosen flight from London, UK. You may join this transfer at no extra cost, provided you can be at the airport before the transfer leaves. Additionally, there are two more shared airport transfers to Hotel Due Torri, which can be booked for an extra cost. It's possible to reach the start hotel by public transport, but the journey is complicated. We therefore recommend joining the group transfer where possible.

Traveler•Written May 2025the ideal is to have something from the 18 to the 24 of June, is that possible?
- Exodus Adventure TravelsOperator•Written May 2025
All of our Amalfi trips start and finish on a Saturday, therefore we do not have a departure on the 18th June. The best option we have is the 14th - 21st June, we currently have just 4 spaces remaining. Alternatively, we could consider another destination if you are limited regarding dates.

Asked on April 13th, 2025From what airport(s) to you provide transfers? If we wanted to spend time in another location before or after this trip, such as Naples or Sicily, is there transportation available (trains would be fine)?
- Exodus Adventure TravelsOperator•Written April 2025
For this trip, we recommend flying into Naples Airport (NAP). We're based in the town of Bomerano throughout this adventure, which is about 1.5 hours away from Naples Airport. We do offer a complimentary group transfer from Naples Airport to the hotel on the first day of the trip. It can be difficult to reach Bomerano by public transit - there are no trains that run to the area! We can also arrange private transfers for an additional cost if our complimentary transfer time doesn't work for you. If you'd like to extend your stay in Italy before or after this trip, we can arrange additional nights in Naples for you! Or if you'd like to explore further, Rome is just a 2 hour train ride from Naples and we do offer city-extensions that can be added on before or after your trip in Amalfi!
