Having to be mindful of everybody that was within arms reach of your belongings made these city visits stressful and far from enjoyable. The Plitvice Falls and the postojna caves must be seen to be believed. - NINancy· November 13th, 2024I had the best time on this tour! The guides, hotels, stops, food were all wonderful. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the bilingual experience. We had separate tour guides for Spanish and English. While the English guide was speaking, the Spanish tourists would be speaking among themselves because it didn’t pertain to them making it hard to hear the English speaking guide. Also, I called the tour The Hop-On, Hop-Off Tour. There are so many options for travel with this agency that people were joining and leaving the group during the tour. The hotels and dinners provided were very mixed with 2 not being nice at all and others being lovely. Guides were knowledgeable and gave us lots of history and information. Unfortunately, we cannot privatize this tour, however our tour does not includes a lot of people. Usually, there are fewer passengers, although it will depend largely on the tours. The maximum bus size is only around 45 - 65 travelers. You would be on one bus.
