- MMMimi· August 15th, 2024Unfortunately my clients were the only English speaking on the tour and on the second part of their tour, they got a terrible tour guide who basically had no interest in giving them any information about the sites. Had no images or videos to use on the bus monitor, and his explanations were much, much shorter than David’s – sometimes only “this is the name of where we are, here’s the toilet location, and here’s when we need to get back on the bus.” at one point he actually said “Etcetera, Etcetera,” and “Yadda, Yadda”Show more

He ensured all tour members were taken care of with multiple languages to deal with as well. A couple of notes. We were told to look for aTour-Radar/Europamundo sign on arrival in Tokyo for a car ride to the first hotel. After phone calls it was determined to have been a Green- Tomato sign were to look for. This caused another couple to wait nearly an hour. Also the hotel in Hokadate was a bit of a disappointment. All other accommodations were excellent. This was the first tour we have been on as we normally go out on our own. Because of Ray we would really consider doing this again.
