- Day 1
Madrid
After arriving in Madrid, you'll head to your hotel and have time to get settled. Later in the evening, you'll transfer to Plaza Mayor and La Latina where you can choose from Indian, Chinese, Spanish, or Middle Eastern restaurants for dinner.

- Day 2
Madrid
This morning involves a guided tour through central Madrid hitting Paseo del Prado, Cibeles, Neptuno, Puerta de Alcalá, Plaza de Colón, and Plaza Mayor. From there you'll check out Retiro Park to see the lake and Palacio de Cristal. Next is Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, home of Real Madrid. Your afternoon is free to wander around on your own, and you'll return to the hotel by evening.

- Day 3
Madrid to Barcelona
You'll head out of Madrid in the morning traveling through Castile toward Aragon. You stop in Zaragoza to see the Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar, then continue to Poblet Abbey, one of the best-preserved medieval monasteries around. Later you'll travel to Barcelona and arrive in the evening.

- Day 4
Barcelona
This morning brings a guided panoramic tour of Barcelona showing off the city's modernist architecture by Gaudí, the busy Ramblas, and its history from World Expositions and Olympic Games. The tour finishes at Maremagnum, a modern leisure and dining complex by the sea near Columbus Square. Your afternoon is free to explore on your own before heading back to the hotel.

Barcelona to Paris
You'll transfer to Barcelona station for a high-speed train to Paris, a comfortable 6-hour journey through beautiful landscapes. Once you arrive in Paris, you'll head to your hotel. Your guide will reach out in the evening, or you can find information at the hotel reception.

- Day 6
Paris
Start your morning in Montmartre, the bohemian neighborhood known for artists, painters, and cabarets. Then you'll go to the Palace of Versailles and its gardens (entrance fee separate). After that, a guide takes you on a panoramic tour of Paris showing off major avenues and landmarks. You return to the hotel, and if you're interested, an optional variety show is available in the evening.

Paris
Begin at the Eiffel Tower in central Paris, and you'll go up to the second floor of this iron landmark. Afterward, you'll take a relaxing boat cruise down the Seine lasting about one hour and fifteen minutes. The afternoon is all yours to explore Paris at your own pace.

- Day 8
Paris to Lyon
You'll travel through the heart of France, passing through the Bourgogne region and its vineyards. You stop in Beaune, a charming town with flower-filled streets, a hospice, and wine museum. After time for lunch and a walk, you continue to Lyon, the old capital of Roman Gaul on the Rhône River. A cable car takes you up to Notre-Dame de Fourvière for city views, and you'll have free time to look around.

- Day 9
Lyon to Zurich
You'll travel to Switzerland and Geneva, where you pass by the Palace of Nations (UN headquarters) and check out the English Garden with its flower clock. You'll see the Jet d'Eau, Europe's tallest fountain. After lunch, you continue through Switzerland via scenic routes along Lake Geneva and Lake Neuchâtel, then through the Three Lakes region with vineyard and mountain views. A stop in Neuchâtel lets you walk by the lake, explore the historic center, or visit the 10th-century castle. You arrive in Zurich in the late afternoon.

Zurich
You'll explore Zurich with a guide, Switzerland's largest city and its financial and cultural center. Later, a scenic nearly two-hour cruise on Lake Zurich includes brief stops at charming villages along the way. You disembark in Rapperswil, a village with a medieval castle. The return to Zurich is by train, giving you a taste of Swiss railway punctuality.

Zurich to Interlaken Region
You'll travel through landscapes with tall mountains and pristine lakes, stopping in Grindelwald for coffee before taking a cable car up the mountain. A winding path leads to a suspended bridge where adventurous travelers can cross for views of glaciers below. Lunch on the mountain is included. Then you head to Lucerne, one of Switzerland's nicest cities, with time to explore. Back in Zurich by evening, and there's an optional full-day excursion available featuring Mount Titlis (over 3,000 meters) via rotating cable car with alpine and glacier views.
