Worse ever holiday during my life, I have been travelling for 40 years. Rude, inexperienced tour guides. Apart from Harry's Home Hotel in Zurich others were utterly inadequate. Novotel in Paris, I'm not even sure why are they allowed to operate, dirty carpets, broken beds, sinks blocked. Guide called Terry in Barcelona was unbelievably rude. She was leading an English speaking tour but can hardly speak it, admitted it herself. There was a family from USA who were also fluent in Spanish so she decided to speak in Spanish, disregard the other 50 tourist (I wish I had recorded what she said in Spanish for 25 minutes to the man from USA she was definitely insulting rest of the tourist, could tell from the tone of her voice). The tourist from USA was translating it for her, how appalling. Tour guide from Madrid was very knowledge but he was expessing his political and religious views to tourist was inappropriate. Tour from Madrid left 2.30hrs late which meant all the sights were closed by the time we arrived, missed lifetime opportunity. I can go on forever for this horrible experience but what difference its going to make. Only tour guide was on time and polite was Maria in Barcelona. Orilina from Paris to Zurich was on time but had no local knowledge and not polite. Your tourist guides may speak fluent Spanish or other European language but do not speak good English et al. The reason you are getting away with it because majority of your tourist are from India and other Asian countries and they do not feel comfortable complaining because they are too polite and do not want to offend anyone. I hope you take my constructive criticism on board and change things for future tourist, some of them have saved and spent lifetime savings.

The tour was amazing! Overall our tour guides were very helpful and informative and made the trip a great experience. The hotel accommodations were nice and most of the breakfasts were good. It was very convenient to be provided with bus transportation in each city and we enjoyed learning about each city. We would recommend Europomundo and will consider them for future travels.
