  The sites and tour was as planned. The tour guides did an excellent job of explaining and giving information. We had a nice group of people on the tour with no conflicts. Hotels were all up to par , clean and organized with very nice breakfast buffets. As expected there were crowds in the mornings of the other bus tours . The tour did not depart exactly on time. We had multiple, good !, guides but it would have been nice to have fewer exchanges. Wednesday, in Seville, seemed to have a lot of schedule uncertainties - due to multiple groups coalescing? Overall, my granddaughter and I had a great time - and she recommends it as well :)

  Accommodations, food and Frey were fantastic! Communication before and during this trip was outstanding. The bus schedulle and condition of the bus was marginal (there was more than one broken seat).

  Changed tourr leaders 3 times. Overall a good tour , but soured by passengers late for the bus . Patty the tour guide for the Alhambra was amazing!! Always enthusiastic.

  The itinerary, guides, destinations and free time were generally good. However, some organisational aspects were poor. The morning of the departure from the first hotel was a complete crush, as many different tours were all leaving at the same time, forcing many to miss breakfast. We were then shoehorned into a small shuttle bus for a five hour drive, the bus eventually running into mechanical problems, and crawling up the Sierra Nevada at low speed in the emergency lane. On the final day, the promised transfer back to the hotel was simply not provided, forcing tour members to make their own way back in 40 degree heat. Overall, 6/10.

  It was fast, but saw lots....the hotel selection is a bit out of the way, but understandable considering the size of the groups. Didn't really like that so many tours operators are staying at same hotel, making it very very kaotic for morning departure
