Arrival
You'll be picked up at the airport and transferred directly to your hotel. Settle in and get comfortable in your room. Later in the afternoon, head down to the hotel reception where you'll get your tour information and briefing for the days ahead.

Paris - Versailles
Start with the Palace of Versailles and wander through the grounds and formal gardens. Afterward, head back to Paris and check out Montmartre, walking through the neighborhood where you'll find local artists and historic cabarets. During the morning and afternoon, you'll also get a panoramic tour showing off Paris's major avenues and landmarks. There's an optional variety show available in the evening if you're interested.

Paris to Tours
Your morning starts at the Eiffel Tower with access to the second floor included. After taking in the views, you'll head down to the Seine for a boat cruise that gives you a different perspective on the city. The afternoon is yours to do whatever you want, whether that's checking out neighborhoods you've heard about, grabbing lunch at a café, or wandering through shops. Then at 5:30 p.m. you'll depart for the Loire Valley, pulling into Tours by evening.

Tours to Bordeaux to Lourdes
Today's route takes you through the vineyards of southern France toward Bordeaux, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You'll have time for lunch and exploring the city, including optional visits to the Port of the Moon and the Cathedral of St. Andrew. Late afternoon brings you to Lourdes, where you can attend the candlelight procession and visit the religious sites.

Lourdes to Carcassonne to Andorra
Head to Carcassonne and walk around the medieval walls and castle area, then have lunch. From there, you'll drive through the Pyrenees with a stop in Foix to see the medieval Château de Foix. Later, visit the 12th-century Romanesque Sant Joan de Caselles church before arriving in Andorra la Vella, where you can shop or check out Caldea, Europe's largest thermal spa.

Andorra to Barcelona
You'll have the morning and early afternoon free in Andorra la Vella for shopping or walking around. After lunch, head toward Catalonia and visit the impressive Santa Maria de Montserrat abbey. Take the included rack train up the mountain for great views, then continue to Barcelona, arriving in the late afternoon.

- Day 7
Barcelona
The morning brings a panoramic tour of Barcelona covering Gaudí's modernist buildings, the busy Ramblas, and the city's Olympic and Expo history. You'll end the tour at Maremagnum, a modern complex by the water near Columbus Square. The rest of the afternoon and evening are yours to spend at your own pace before heading back to your hotel.

Barcelona to Valencia to Madrid
Drive south along the Mediterranean coast and stop in Peñiscola, a walled town by the water where you can walk around. Continue to Valencia, arriving around lunchtime so you can try the famous paella. You'll make a quick stop at the City of Arts and Sciences, then drive to Madrid, getting there between 8:30 and 9:00 p.m. A transfer to Plaza Mayor is included to help you get oriented to the city.

Madrid
Start with a comprehensive tour of central Madrid hitting Paseo del Prado, Cibeles, Neptuno, Puerta de Alcalá, Plaza de Colón, and Plaza Mayor. Visit Retiro Park to see the lake and Palacio de Cristal. Then take a tour of Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, home of Real Madrid. The rest of the afternoon is free for you to explore on your own, then you'll have a transfer back to your hotel for the evening.
