- Darlene· June 14th, 2023Our experience was nonexistent, felt like we were just space fillers. The lack of quality English speaker guides made us feel left out. There was a passenger who spoke Spanish and English and would tell us what was happening. Then the other passengers would shush him. We then got Carmen Patricia which tried her best to keep us informed as to what was being said during our trips. She also came on some excursions with us. Patricia is definitely someone who could teach the others how to make your guest feel included. Overall I took this tour to see different parts of these destinations, saw some places I wouldn’t have thought of doing but didn’t feel like we seen what each city had to offer. Never really knew where I was. We would arrive to our hotels so late that everything would be closed and we would have time to grab some dinner and then bed as we boarded the bus so early. The English speakers were always left for last to receive keys to rooms.
