- Day 1
Athens
You'll arrive in Athens and get transferred to your hotel. This gives you time to settle in and unpack without any pressure. In the afternoon, stop by the hotel reception to check what information they have posted about your upcoming tour activities.

- Day 2
Athens - Tripoli - Olympia - Patras
Start heading toward the Peloponnese with a stop at the Corinth Canal to see the engineering work firsthand. Then continue through the mountains to Tripoli and walk around Aeros Square where there are cafes and restaurants to grab lunch if you want. Later you'll reach Olympia's Archaeological Site with a local guide showing you the Temple of Zeus, Stadium, Gymnasium, and Arena where the first Olympic Games happened back in 776 B.C. The day ends in Patras, Greece's third largest city, which has a medieval fortress and the country's biggest cathedral.

- Day 3
Patras - Nafpaktos - Mycenae - Acrocorinth - Athens
After breakfast, cross the Rio-Antirrio cable-stayed bridge to get to Nafpaktos on the Gulf of Corinth. You'll have time to walk around its harbor and check out the historic Venetian fortress. From there, head to Mycenae to see the ancient citadel from the 18th century BC, considered the foundation of European civilization. You'll have lunch and some free time at the site. Next comes the Fortress of Acrocorinth where you can see remains of an old Temple of Aphrodite at the top. Before heading back to Athens in the evening, there's a brief stop at the Corinth Canal.

- Day 4
Athens
This is your free day in Athens. Wander around at your own pace and see what the city has to offer. Walk through different neighborhoods, find local spots, and let the place reveal itself to you without any scheduled activities or groups.

- Day 5
Athens - Rhodes Ferry
Take a panoramic tour of Athens hitting the Presidential Mansion, Panathenaic Stadium where the first modern Olympic Games were held, National Library, and the downtown squares plus infrastructure from the 2004 Olympics. The tour ends near the Acropolis. In the afternoon, you'll transfer to the Port of Piraeus to board an overnight ferry with cruise ship-style amenities. You'll stay in a double cabin on the water.

- Day 6
Rhodes - Marmaris
Arrive in Rhodes early in the morning and start with a city tour of the walled citadel and Old Town. You'll see Greek, Roman, Byzantine, Knights of St. John, Ottoman, and Italian influences all mixed together in the architecture. Around 4:00 p.m., board an express ferry heading to Turkey for about an hour. When you reach Marmaris, you'll check into your accommodation. This coastal destination is known for its castle, marina, and fountains.

- Day 7
Marmaris - Dalyan - Antalya
Head to Dalyan, a scenic spot along a navigable river where you'll take a one-hour boat ride to the Lycian Rock Tombs. After that, the boat continues to a large lake where hot springs are located. You can either swim in the warm waters or try a mud bath. There's time to relax and grab food at riverside restaurants before traveling on to Antalya. This vibrant coastal city has over a million people and features Hadrian's Gate, an Ottoman district, and a waterfall that drops straight into the sea.

- Day 8
Antalya - Aspendos - Side - Taurus Mountains - Nigde
Leave Antalya and go to Aspendos to see its Roman theater, which is the best-preserved in the world. Then continue to Side to look at the Temple of Apollo right by the sea and walk through its busy port and streets. As you travel through the Taurus Mountains with peaks over 3,500 meters that stay snow-covered most of the year, the scenery changes dramatically. Stop in Karaman to view its fortress from outside, then continue to the Cappadocia region and settle in Nigde.

- Day 9
Cappadocia
Spend all day exploring Cappadocia's otherworldly landscapes and ancient structures. Start at Gumusler, a 7th-century underground monastery with fine Byzantine frescoes. Check out the underground city of Kaymacli that once held up to 30,000 people. Visit Uchisar, a natural fortress with great views from the top. After lunch, go to Goreme Valley's open-air museum to see rock-cut churches carved into the stone. You'll stay in Avanos.

- Day 10
Cappadocia - Ihlara - Konya
At Cappadocia's far edge, visit Ihlara Valley known for its cool waters, rock-cut churches, and villages. Continue to Konya to see a 13th-century caravanserai and the Mevlana Mausoleum, learning about the Dervish order and their traditions. In the evening, you can choose to attend a dervish dance performance at the cultural center if interested.

Take a scenic route between lakes and arrive at Egridir, a charming town sitting by a large lake with historic walls and mosques. You'll have time here for lunch and to walk around. Then continue to Hierapolis-Pamukkale where mineral-rich waters have created the Cotton Palace with its white travertine terraces cascading down the hillside.

Pamukkale - Ephesus - Kusadasi/Izmir
Head to Ephesus, the best-preserved ancient city in Asia Minor that once had 250,000 people living there. Visit the House of the Virgin Mary, Basilica of St. John, and explore the impressive ruins. From there, you'll continue to either Kusadasi, a popular coastal city with a lively atmosphere and small castle, or to Izmir depending on the season.

Kusadasi/Izmir - Bursa - Istanbul
Set off for Izmir, Turkey's third most populous city, where your guide gives a brief tour of this vibrant modern metropolis with a westernized feel. Head inland with a lunch stop before arriving in Bursa, the fourth largest city in Turkey. At its center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You'll explore traditional commercial areas, mosques, religious schools, public baths, and the Green Mosque. By the end of the day you'll reach Istanbul.

- Day 14
Istanbul
Take a sightseeing tour of Istanbul visiting the Suleymaniye Mosque, the largest in the city, and exploring ancient walls, the Golden Horn, and the bustling fishing district. See the exterior of Hagia Sophia and tour Topkapi Palace with your included tickets. This palace was the Ottoman Empire's administrative center with magnificent courtyards and pavilions. You'll have afternoon free time to explore on your own. As evening comes, transfer to Taksim, the vibrant commercial district, where you can dine at restaurants and see the old tram. Another option is visiting the nearby Galata Tower.

- Day 15
Istanbul
Take a two-hour boat trip on the Bosphorus using a private boat reserved just for Europamundo travelers. Journey through the strait connecting the Black Sea with the Sea of Marmara, which divides Istanbul between Europe and Asia. You'll see lots of boat traffic, pass under the two bridges linking the continents, and view Sultan's palaces, traditional wooden houses, and Ottoman buildings. Return to central Istanbul with free time after.
