  We had an amazing time. The guides in Spain (Luis) and Paris & London (Raymondo) were totally awesome and made the trip that much better. The only downside was we were told we would have a guide bring us to the speed train in Spain and met us at the other end in Paris. That is so not what happened, we were dropped like garbage and forced to find our own way to the train in Spain (luckily it was very simple). However, when we arrived in Paris, our pickup was not there waiting. We ended up going out the wrong door, he finally contacted us 20 minutes after we arrived and then wouldn’t drive to us. We lost another 20 minutes trying to find each other, and 10 minutes almost running after him to get to his car. This was so not the service we were expecting! But other than that one blip, the rest of the experience was worth it -even though we were in Paris during the Olympics!! The bus driver and Raymond’s made sure we still got to all of our outings and with as less walking as possible ☺️

  Excellent tour guides. Excellent hotels for the price. Saw a lot of beautiful places. I was only disappointed that I booked a couple of excursions that did not take place. I still need to request a refund for them. Overall very worth it.

  This trip was an intense ride. It was a great overview that allowed us to see a little bit of a lot of places, so we know where we want to concentrate our next trip. The Europamundo tour guides were great, and brought an extra flavor to the trip. There were often different groups of people on the tour for different days, and this could be a little distracting. Even though we paid for an English-speaking tour, there were many times where we were combined with a Spanish-speaking tour. This took up a lot of our already tight timetable, because everything had to be explained twice. I was a little disappointed that most of the optional excursions were cancelled, and some of the planned events didn't happen either. I paid for all the optional excursions up-front like Europamundo suggested, and I did not get refunded for all the excursions I paid for that didn't happen.

  It is difficult to review considering I traveled during COVID-19 so halfway through the tour Europamundo cancelled the rest of the tour. But when I was on the tour in Spain and France I can say that the tour guides were friendly and informative. I do wish that we stayed longer at some places like Eiffel Tower and less time at other places like the Spanish village. Overall, it was okay. I’m not sure I would book with Europamundo again.

  Many things. Do not have breakfast at 6:30 and on the bus at 7:00. Do not say Louvre is sold out and I was able to enter for 15 euros. Do not choose hotels on last stop of underground, half an hour from downtown, with 5.90 euro charge one way to downtown. Instead of visiting empty bullring and walk through park let us go to museum and see world class art. Do not leave us downtown with responsibility to get back to hotel on our own. Obviously, I will reconsider this type of tour in the future.
