We liked the food and service, but don't like that Crusemundo don't deal with problems with excursions. Many complaints before us. Not a good situation for the company. There was also a problem to regulate water temperature in the shower that most rooms have. No phones in the rooms to connect with front desk.

We enjoyed our journey in the Duoro Cruiser. Our room was great, the service good and the food was excellent. Our only disappointment was the destinations we docked at for the night were very small towns with limited entertainment. If you weren’t doing an excursion you were stuck. I wouldn’t get a drinks package unless you are a heavy drinker.

For tours departing after December 29th, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Crucemundo . The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 75 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
