Itinerary
- Day 1
Launceston
You'll arrive in Launceston and get settled into your accommodation by 2 pm. Later this evening at 6 pm, there's a welcome meeting where you'll meet the other travelers on the tour. Dinner follows at the hotel restaurant, so you can relax and get to know everyone before the adventure starts.
- Day 2
Launceston to Corinna
This morning you'll drive from Launceston to Devonport, where you'll visit Tiagarra Museum and take part in a Welcome to Country ceremony at the Tasmanian Aboriginal Cultural Centre. From there, head to Penguin for lunch, then walk through rainforest to reach Philosopher Falls. By evening you'll arrive in Corinna, a remote historic mining town, where dinner waits at your accommodation.

- Day 3
Corinna
An early boat cruise along Pieman River gets the day started, lasting around 1.5 hours. After returning to shore, you'll hike through coastal heathland from Hardwicke Point to Pieman Heads, then continue along rocky coastline to Rupert Point for sweeping views across the landscape. You'll retrace your steps back to the boat for a leisurely return cruise to Corinna. Dinner at the Tannin Restaurant finishes the day.

- Day 4
Corinna to Cradle Mountain
Start early with a short walk on either the Whyte River Loop or Savage River Return Walk, depending on conditions. Drive to Cradle Mountain next, stopping to walk to Montezuma Falls, a 104 m waterfall along the way. You'll follow a former tramway through forested terrain and cross a bridge with good views before finishing at Cradle Mountain for the night.

- Day 5
Cradle Mountain
Spend the day exploring Cradle Mountain with multiple walking options available. Your guide will tailor the walks to weather conditions and how the group is feeling. You'll see mountain vistas, glacial lakes, and button grass plains throughout the area. Since this is the starting point of the Overland Track, there's plenty of varied terrain and scenery to experience here.

- Day 6
Cradle Mountain to Launceston
Walk the scenic Dove Lake Circuit as your final walk around Cradle Mountain. After that, drive back to Launceston for the end of your trip. Along the way, you'll stop in Sheffield to check out the town's murals and browse local produce if there's time. You'll arrive in Launceston to finish the tour.
